Jeff Clyde
Managing Director
Jeff Clyde is a co-founder and Managing Director of Pario Capital. As a senior investment banking professional, he possesses over 30 years of finance and business management experience. He has provided financial and strategic advisory services to numerous corporations and institutions and has facilitated debt and equity capital raises as well as merger and acquisition transactions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Clyde has maintained a focus on the electric utility, independent power, alternative energy and renewable energy industries. He has advised financial sponsors, large market-cap corporations, developers and start-up companies. He has also served in an executive management capacity for utility infrastructure service and renewable energy companies, including those which were portfolio investments of financial sponsors.
In addition to his capital raising and M&A advisory work, Mr. Clyde has been involved with restructurings, bankruptcies and other strategic transactions. He has also presented at industry conferences on topics ranging from financing alternatives to structured equity transactions. His investment banking experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, Kidder Peabody and Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Clyde earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA.
